When you’re playing one of the free kids’ games, Red Light, Green Light, one player is chosen to be the traffic light. This person will stand at the front of a line about 30 to 50 yards away from the other players. The object of Red Light, Green Light is to tag the traffic light. The person who makes the tag then becomes the new traffic light for the next round.

Free Kids Games: How It Works

When you’re playing the free kids’ game, Red Light, Green Light, the players will be lined up and the traffic light turns with his back to the players. The traffic light yells either “Green Light” or “Red Light.” When he yells “Green Light,” the other kids move forward towards him. When he yells “Red Light,” he turns around, and any children still moving must return to the starting line.
